Booking Terms and Conditions
Deposits
In order to
secure functions – conferences – weddings etc.
We can hold a room for 7 days after which, a non-refundable
£300 deposit must be paid.
Final balance is payable a minimum of 10 days
prior to the function.
Cancellations
If for whatever reason
a cancellation is made the following policy will come
into affect (discretion of management board)
- Up to six
months
prior to the event : - Deposit only
- Up to three months
prior to the event : - 25% of the full total
- Up to
two months prior
to the event : - 50% of the full total
- Up to
one month prior to the event : - 75% of the full total
- Within one month prior
to the event : - The Full Total
Payments
All payments for
functions – conferences – weddings etc. must be paid
seven days prior to the event |
